Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This lays out the cancellation and refund policy between you (the consumer) and Frensham Old Barn Workshop (the supplier).

Cancelled

If the event that you were going to attend is cancelled, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value of the ticket. This does not necessarily include any booking fees that you might have incurred.

If you paid less than the value of the ticket – for example if you received a discount – you are only entitled to a refund of that discounted amount.

Event rescheduled

If an event is rescheduled by the organisers, your tickets are still valid. The organisers should make you aware of the rescheduling with as much notice as possible. If you cannot make the new date, you are entitled to a refund of the cost of your ticket.

This will be the face value of the ticket or, if lower than the face value, the amount that you paid.

It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders of the cancellation.

You cannot attend

If you can no longer attend an event, but it wasn’t because the event was cancelled or the date changed, you won’t be entitled to a refund.  You can however allocate your booking to someone else to attend in your place.

48hr cooling off period

If you have made a booking and cancel it within a 48 hr period, we will issue a refund. This will be the face value of the ticket or, if lower than the face value, the amount that you paid.

How to obtain a refund

Refunds will be received within 30 days of your request.

Requests for refunds must be emailed in writing to info@oldbarnworkshop.co.uk with proof of booking and payment.
